Booking guaranteed only upon returned receipt of signed
rental contract and 50% payment of the rent.
Balance of the 50% payment of
the rent due 30 days prior to arrival. The € 350 deposit (refundable with
no damage) is to be paid on arrival. Reservations can only be honoured
with receipt of balance at least one month in advance of arrival.
